The Pass G7 is a personal digital access pass (QR code), issued by the Haute-Savoie Prefecture, required to enter the security perimeters surrounding the venues of the 2026 G7 Summit in Evian-les-Bains.
In many situations, a Pass G7 is not required.
You will need a Pedestrian Pass G7 to access the Expanded Protection Zone (Blue Zone) or the Summit Zone (Red Zone) on foot, by bicycle, or by scooter, from June 10 to 17, 2026.
If you are traveling by motor vehicle (car, motorcycle, etc.), you will need a Pedestrian Pass G7 AND, in addition, a Vehicle Pass G7 to access certain streets in close proximity to the Red Zone, from June 10 to 17, 2026
If you wish to travel by vehicle within the Expanded Protection Zone (Blue Zone), you do not need a Vehicle Pass G7. However, a Pedestrian Pass G7 will be required for the driver and all passengers over the age of 13.
Yes, the Pass G7 is free of charge. Any website stating otherwise is not an official source for the Pass G7.
The Pass G7 is personal and non-transferable. You will be asked to present a valid ID when law enforcement checks your pass.
Pass G7 will be sent out once your application has been validated. If you register after Sunday, June 7, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your Pass G7 in time due to processing times. Early application is strongly recommended.
If you have already submitted your application (please check that you received the confirmation email), please do not submit it again to avoid delays in processing. Your request is currently being processed.
To access the perimeters, you can present your Pass G7 on your mobile phone.
You also have the option to print it and present a printed copy.
Several security perimeters have been established:
The Expanded Protection Zone (Blue Zone):
Covers the entire municipal area of Evian-les-Bains and parts of the municipalities of Neuvecelle and Publier.
The Summit Zone (Red Zone):
Located within Evian-les-Bains and Neuvecelle, including the following streets:

When you apply for your Pass G7, you can choose between a Pedestrian Pass G7 (for an individual) or a Vehicle Pass G7.
If you have applied for the Summit Zone (Red Zone), you do not need to apply for a separate Pedestrian Pass for the Expanded Zone (Blue Zone); your pass is valid for both perimeters.
There is no need to submit multiple Pedestrian Pass applications. If you are both a resident and a professional, simply submit one application and provide the supporting documents for each relevant profile.
The digital platform for pass applications will open on May 11, 2026.
Applicants will first receive a confirmation of receipt once the request is submitted.
Each beneficiary (pass holder) listed in the application will then receive a validation confirmation or, if applicable, a request for any missing information needed to process the file.
Your Pass G7 will be sent via email once your application has been officially approved.
During registration, you will be asked to provide personal details, including:
